I used to be a barista so I have a tip! Don't let your espresso sit after you pull it! There is a "rule" where you should mix your shot with milk within 10 seconds of brewing! Saves it from becoming too bitter or tasting burnt! Looks delicious though, going to go make myself an iced coffee now :)

We grew up that way with suppers too. I think it’s a good thing to continue. It’s easy not to but it’s funny I was just out at a gathering and a girl was sad saying that although her and her husband are married they work all day and then come home and eat dinner in front of he tv and never talk. It’s a very linear life and sadness comes with that as she feels they can easily continue to live that way. It’s such a simple thing but Dinner at the table, away from social media and tv is a very nice thing to do. Coming tough here and talking together as a couple over a good meal is important. A lot of people forget how to do that and realize it after it’s too late.
