You cannot believe the joy that went through me this morning when I realised it's Sunday and thus a Caroline day (as it's now referred to in our house). We had a bit of a rubbish couple of days (our dog is chronically ill and it's been a stressful wee time, for the dog and for us) and were up since half four this morning, but you absolute ray of sunshine saved the day (once again). Thank you, thank you, thank you. P.s.: Not sure how long I can hold off on making plans to emigrate to Skye. It must surely be one of the most perfect places on earth. And how lucky is she to have you as her ambassador!

Really enjoyed your vlog Carolyn. Another tip for cleaning a flak is to put in two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda, fill with boiling water and leave for a few hours, resulting in a sparkling clean flask! Enjoy your week😊.

You can use half a Steradent tablet ((used for dentures) and hot water to clean and sanitise your flasks. You can also drop a Steradent tablet down your toilet to get porcelain sparkling clean under the waterline. Lovely vlog and Nuala is such a clever dog. Love her x

if you’re a side sleeper then you should try putting the heatless curler in as a French braid at the back of your head! That’s how I do it and it doesn’t bother me when I sleep bc I sleep on my side. Loved this vlog ❤

Lovely video Carolyn! I don’t think your yeast is expired. I noticed when you added your yeast to the milk it was steaming. I think it was too hot and killed the yeast. It should be just a little warm, not hot. Anyways have a wonderful day!

Wonderful video such a beautiful place to live.....keep your yeast in the fridge or freezer then will last longer.....and if your milk is too hot you may have scolded the yeast hence not rising :)

I have yeast in my freezer and’s it’s three years old and still works great. But i noticed the milk looked really hot which yeast doesn’t like it will kill it. Milk should be warm before adding yeast, try it again you will see.

I recommend investing in a bottle brush to wash your reusable water bottles. It gets into the bottom of the bottle for you.

I had that heartless curler, also found it uncomfortable! Go for the Eternal Muse ones. So much more comfortable! I wear mine overnight with no issues. The one you have is firmer and has a wire inside which is what makes it not so nice to sleep in, I hated it for that. Honestly try Eternal Muse. Also love your vlogs!! 🫶🏻
