Disclaimer that I haven't actually played Strikers or watched a full playthrough, I just know bits and pieces of the story, but yeah based on what I've seen I totally agree with you. I've seen people say that she has ASPD but she doesn't seem to show the aggressive/impulsive behaviour that goes with that, and autistic traits can look similar to a lack of empathy/remorse/social awareness from the outside. That intro scene where she starts going off on a tangent about oxtail soup and science just screams autism to me. The whole "she doesn't react to things the way other people do" thing too, not outwardly showing emotions the same way other people do and being labelled as heartless because she didn't cry when her parents died. A lot of people associate autism with big emotional meltdowns but emotional processing can also be very internal and muted. Alexithymia is common in autistic people and struggling to recognise and understand her own emotions could have led her to feel like she's 'heartless'.

Ichinose is honestly one of my favorite characters, and that is in large part because I read her as autistic. Even the fact that she always seems super cheerful even when inappropriate because she doesn't really get it screams of masking (which is a common thing that many people with autism do). Then the way that Sophia and Ichinose connect with this unusual but very wholesome and heartwarming mother/daughter connection is really good for both of their character arcs. So, yeah, as a writer, game enjoyer, and autistic person, I really love Ichinose's character, and I'm always happy to see others appreciate her too!
