Ruby and sapphire are corundum. Sapphire comes in many colors. You must have green sapphire! Beautiful ring! Keep it!

First turquoise ring in silver- perhaps “Sleeping beauty “ turquoise ring I think... very gorgeous with its soft blue color with no veining. I could be wrong, but it’s a gorgeous piece of turquoise in that ring!

I really like the coloured stone and Buddha necklace, but the small red stone necklace is my favorites, it reminds me of a jumping spider.

The ring at 5:20 reminded me of the famous gates at Graceland with musical notes on them.

I'm probably just wishful thinking, but the green ring at 28:22 looks more like emerald than peridot to me. I have seen lesser quality emeralds in sterling. Emerald is probably a better search term than peridot, and the gem tester does support emerald.

You mention a lot about further assessment on for example the ruby to see if it is lab grade or naturally sourced. How do you do that and how much more value does it add if it naturally sourced..great video

So odd to a British person to hear you say " I like a colourful wallet then I can see it in my purse" Here, a wallet is for a man and a purse is where a woman keeps cash and cards, and she keeps it in her handbag!
@42quantumleap4 жыл бұрын
My family are from the eastern southern US and my grandma calls a woman’s purse (handbag?) a pocketbook. 😂
@RedQuill134 жыл бұрын
I come from the usa midwest and I just call bags as the type they are. Clutches for example or satchels or drop leg bags. Then a wallet is either for men or women, men's wallets here usually can fit a lot of cards and cash but a womens can fit her phone, a few cards. Cash, and change.

Great Video, it is so hard to let go of our Catch & Release pieces. I haven't started letting go of my Catch. LOL, and I keep adding to it. I found this on the Jewelry Revivals website. As I mainly list vintage, I find it on a lot of Vintage pieces that are always 925. Interesting still not 100% of course. "FAS is not Fused Alloy Silver. What the FAS letters stand for and who the manufacturer actually was brought up during a jewelry discussion relating to an item in question. An online article was pointed to FAS being identified as Fused Alloy Silver by a Chinese seller or sellers on items that were found to be solid sterling silver. There is also confusion with it being Fantastic Antique Silver Company. Its very easy on the internet for one blog posting to be picked up and followed by all who also seeking information. Soon everyone follows that lead and it appears to be a 'fact' to the point that all jewelry marked FAS is now said to be made by Fused Alloy Silver or the Fantastic Antique Silver Company when you do an online search. · FAS is an international trademark for : Registered # 823389 - FAS"
