Oh the rumors are not true. It is expensive. Utilities(2water and electricity) are to the roof and food prices are sky rocketing. Do abit of research before you buy anything in Philippines. I suggest that you invest in Vietnam, Thailand or any s.e asian countries.

I was an American XPat from 4/30/2011- 12/9/2016 in Makati City I used to live in 75 storey Condo . I lost money in Condos security Deposits too. Filipino Lawyer said, all Western Laws does not applied in the Philippines. Philippines is a wild, Wild Country No System. It took me 3 months to get my Marriage license in Makati City .. all City officials are Corrupt. US Social Security does not honor in Philippines. Hospital need Cash before they release in Hospital with a guard on Patient to pay. You invest in Philippines is at your Own risk, you travel in Philippines is at your own risk. You eat in Philippines is at your own risk( Food Poisoning) You Cannot sue someone.

Wow that is a high interest. Definitely not advisable to buy one if your interest is that high. I am so sorry to hear that. The POGO is leaving in December and many rentals will be vacant. I would suggest not having that high interest rates in the future.

Everything is expensive now. Newbuild condos may be a lot more expensive. TBH there's nice and wide amenities could be a selling point. There's shops, restaurants and cashline points this area is really nice. I hope you find a buyer soon.
