Solid rankings! One thing I'll say about Waste Not is that it *really* tests your on-the-fly sequencing skills. Knowing when to plus Liliana before Thoughtseizing or vice versa, holding back Go Blank to try and hit two relevant cards vs. firing it off early to exile their yard, the list goes on. Definitely a deck that rewards practice.

For sure! Decks like waste not feel pretty good when you master some of the techniques past the surface level of the deck. Kinda makes it worthwhile playing the deck when you have those “Aha!” Moments

I have a strong feeling you completely mixed the Gruul aggro decks :) The one I quess you are referring to is "Gruul Vehicles" this one is basically not existing as of today, no one is playing it, mostly due to rather bad MU with phoenix and absolutely awful Amalia. Vehicles have amazing vampires MU (big threats, wide board, pick your poison, dorks to sac to cover ward and most imporant - akroan war). I am a gruul fan and I have tried to force the archetype. The other "meta deck" gruul aggro is more like a monoR variant and it is consistently keeping some 5:0, not a deck for a big tournament but can steal some games (mostly due to awful amalia MU, you either lose or draw slightly unfavourable vamp/UR) If mathematically you lose to top 3 main decks, there is no point in even trying to force :) Gruul aggro (atarka?) is in my opinion C tier, while Gruul Vehicles - off meta/rogue deck. Great wrap up nevertheless :)

You would be undoubtably correct! Don’t ask me why i was talking about gruul vehicles and not the slickshot aggro deck. That said i agree with you! I was pretty hype on the slickshot aggro decks when they were first seeing play and now they just feel meh. Thank you for the comment!!

I know it's not meta but I really like Bard Class as a Gruul Aggro deck since it's very funny to watch pop off and has some of the most random creatures you'll ever see.

It would be asome a ban of Fable, Walker, Prankster, Kiora and (impopular opinion I think) an unban of Iteration (to compensate Creativity or Niv for Fable, but not Rakdos). I'm sorry for Rakdos Sac or Enigmatic Fires but Fable is such a problematic card... The Sorin combo is dumb but at least We'll see more Dimir/Golgari/Orzhov versions? 😅 Interesting shake to the meta for sure. Who knows what they end up doing tho. What do you think?

I think to fix pioneer propperly they need to: Ban: Sorin Amalia / wildgrowth walker Unban: Once upon a time Create tools for an aggro deck

Unbanning once upon of time would be nuts👀 aggro decks for sure get better if amalia doesnt exist. If those bans happen then id like to see where the meta goes from there before unbanning anything
