They r only here and there when they are done clearing, they take every advantage they can like invading camps and lane minions. They dont re route their pathing to help a lane

15cs/min is impossible, but I consistently get 9-11 cs/min on my shyvana. You simply clear as efficiently as possible, and I only gangk if it's a guaranteed kill or if it's to secure an objective. I track the enemy jungler, and when he overstays somewhere, and his camps spawn and I'm in a position to take them I will. Same if you're ahead, prioritize taking their camps over yours.

Lot of the coaches online say to clear weakside first then look for play. Least guarnteed and jungler cant punish you when you make cross map play and you can fall back to strong side camps if no play

What's the meta ? There is no meta , it basically durability patch 2.0 , they nerfer every item and made the patch look huge with ksante's 9999th rework or whatever. The meta and champs stays the same with minor ups and downs.
