My 97 yr old mom passed away Aug 4th. Every day at 3pm we prayed the st Faustina chaplet and we also prayed rosary direct from Fatima. We prayed lots together. She passed away the 1st Friday of the month just after 3pm. I held her hand and prayed with her. I asked God to please take her home. I however continue to request masses for her. I think we are up to 17 masses and lots of prayer. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Thank you, Alvaro for the video. It never occurred to me to offer my Lenten prayers for our priest's souls. Daily, I pray for them in the bedtime prayers but, hadn't thought about spending the entire Lent in this manner. Typically, everyday the Stations of the Cross are prayed. Incredibly true, OUR BLESSED MOTHER, ask for these prayers and we pray our families are held under the Mantel of our Mother, and Padre Pio, continues to bring souls from purgatory home to his Masses...lord please forgive me for those I have ever caused to sin. Glad you got home safely. Pilots have a hard job and praying for the pilots and everyone is a good idea. My Uncle died in a plane crash. He was not flying the plane when it crashed, but he was a pilot. May Uncle Richard rest in peace. It is very traumatic for us.

@@VassilkaMorrison-pd7ip You are most welcome ❣️ Not sure if you are familiar with the story about Padre Pio saying he was praying for the "Happy death" of his great grandfather who had died 50 years prior!!!! He explained to the doctor that even though he was praying "in the future" GOD Who lives in eternity could still receive and *apply* his prayer "in the past" at the time of his grandpa's passing, since He *knows" everything from the perspective of eternity and had already "heard" the prayer in eternity past before St. Pio ever offered it years later!!!🙏💙🙏 It's been an incredibly comforting message for me, a Convert to Catholicism who used to be a despairing Protestant, so distraught if I thought a loved one or anyone else I loved who had passed had gone into eternity without a relationship of Salvation with JESUS😭😭😭. In 2014 my high school best friend's Mom died. I was besides myself with grief because they were Muslims and I thought for sure she had gone to perdition not believing in Christ.💔 As I was weeping my broken heart for her loss I suddenly heard the words "I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have MERCY on whom I will have MERCY." These words stopped me in my tracks because I remembered they were the words spoken by GOD to Moses in Exodus 33:19 describing His own Nature of MERCY and Goodness❤️ I immediately felt the unbearable grief in my heart lift and I felt comforted about the death of that very dear Muslim lady that I loved like a mother❣️ Becoming Catholic and learning about purgatory and hearing the teachings of people like St. Padre Pio contextualized it even more for me. GOD seems a lot *GREATER* and even more wonderful and compassionate than I understood as a Protestant though I loved and longed for Him and His MERCY even then.❤️❤️❤️ My heart goes out to your aunt with dementia. It's so hard to lose a loved one. But we never lose GOD or the prayers of "The Communion of the Saints." May her holy Guardian Angel who always stands before GOD The Father in Heaven and all the saints who are patrons over sufferers of Mental illness intercede for her before the Eternal Throne of Our Merciful GOD and may He comfort and heal her broken heart as only He can.🙏💙🙏✝️❤️❤️❤️

Wow! Yeah, if you have cross winds of over 45 mi/hr. this can flip the plane. The pilot has to really maneuver to tip the wing just enough. We almost came in sideways once and the pilot had to flip the plane sharply to the opposite side to land and landed hard. I also did a touch and go landing once because it was obvious the pilot overshot the runway and there was not enough runway left to stop the plane. This is when the tires just hit the ground and the pilot puts on full power and the plane shoots nearly straight up and we did one circle and came back down. It can be nerve racking but think of the pilot.

They know when we love them and wants to help them in their sufferings so that they will reach heaven soon. I really believe they are praying for us. When i arrived here, almost 8 years ago, i find myself in a different situation of life. Im with my family but im always buisy doing household chores and assisting my old Mother. Im happy with what im doing now because i can take care of my mother but at the same time i feel sad sometimes because i cant pray the way i used to. But i can feel that our brothers and sisters in purgatory are really asking us to pray for them. In my heart i really ask them also to pray for me, to pray for all of us here still living. I know they love us thats why we can feel their presence. Thank you so muchbrother for reminding us that we have connection with them. Alvaro it is Monday here and Ireland and I have just watched your video. I have learnt so much about the Holy Souls from you. Are you familiar with the Flame of Love? Monday is focused on Holy Souls. Fast and prayer on Mondays then each time you receive the Blessed Eucharist that week a priest's Holy Sou is released to Heaven

At some time in 2022 I was intentional to saying a prayer for Priests from a St. Jude the apostle prayer book we had around the house, I dont know where the book is right now, I have search of it since early 2023. I do not want to even think what or who is behind the misplacing of this book. Thanks for this theme. I will resume my praying for priest alive and add those in purgatory offering the holy mass and my lent observance. How do we offer Gregorian Masses?

At your church. You should talk to the priest. There should be 30 consecutive Masses ❤

Do an online search. You can’t have these done at any parish church. There are not many organizations that offer the 30-day Gregorian Masses, and they can cost upwards of $500. I do see that CNEWA has them for $100, which is the lowest cost I’ve seen. I used the Seraphic Mass Assn. for $240 because they started within a week.

I use the Marians of the Immaculate Conception in Stockbridge Massachusetts. Think Father Gately and Father Don Calloway's order. They're said in Poland. $300.00 for 30 Masses . for 30 days in a row. Your put on a list and they tell you when your masses will start for your deceased loved one. When my husband died I think they started 6 months later and that was fine because as you know ..there's no time with God

Gregorian masses .30 masses. One Mass a day for 30 days, said for a deceased person. I have mine said by the Marians of the Immaculate Conception in Stockbridge Massachusetts ...but I think they're really said at their house in Poland. It cost $300, that's the offering. And they will tell you when the masses are going to start. I can't quote you the correct history you'll have to look that up

Nonsense, extreme winds and bad aproaches happen. When that happens pilots execute go arounds. Every pilot general aviation and commercial train for go arounds when conditions call for it. Some crashes happen because pilots try to force landing. Old and wise pilots set Pride aside do go arounds..
