My Playstation 2 (PS2) game collection

I was born in 95 so I grew up with the PS2. I have always loved horror, even as a kid haha. The horror games on PS2 are SO ICONIC. Manhunt, Gun, RE4, Bully, and GTA SA were my favorite games. I also loved the Cabela games, specifically the original Dangerous Hunts, its such a fun game. I have been playing the PS2 and rebuilding my library for it for the past 18 months. I spent the money on a factory sealed, brand new PS2 slim from 2007 in early 2023 to start my collection. It was amazing to unbox a new PS2 in 2023.

PS2 is easily the best gaming system for me. Nothing beats those PS2 survival horror games, till this day I still find amazing survival horror games from the PS2 area I never heard of.

Awesome! Two horror games I sold that I wish I had back because they are pretty decent are Haunting Ground and Cold Fear.

Yeah it can be tough. It's nice to have extra money but also video games are fun to have and some are getting more and more expensive.

Amazing collection ! I’ve never seen so many video games I’ve never heard of! A few of my friends like old rpgs! Gonna share video with them! Went to great woods Thursday for slipknot ! Purchased a few east coast bootleg tour shirts off some gentleman in the parking lot before going in and getting some more shirts ! Place is still awesome hadn’t been since 09! You gotta hit a show there again ! Awesome video ! Hope to see other game collections you got !

Great collection. I have a massive PS2 collection. Some games I really like on the PS2 are Tomb Raider Legend, Tomb Raider Anniversary, Ghostbusters the game, Primal, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Need for Speed Most Wanted and The Incredible Hulk Ultimate destruction. Dog's Life is a fun game and I do prefer the X-Files game that came out on the PS1. It's awesome.

Awesome. Been a video game collector for 30+ years. But didn't seriously collect till the late 90's. My 2 most complete collections are Dreamcast where I'm only 3 titles away from the complete N.A. collection and the PS2 Where I'm like 200 titles away from a complete collection. But they are just the awful shovelware titles. Have all the heavy hitters. Though I do need a replacement disc for Rule of rose. My copy is cracked. Used to find PS2 gems like Xenosaga 3 for $1-$3 which i found twice at the flea market. But the past 7 years it's been real slim Pickings.

Awesome! Stinks about the Rule of Rose disc. I forgot to mention I had that one and sold it, which I don't really regret because I didn't like it. I do regret selling Haunting Ground because that one was actually pretty good.

@@FleaMarketFalcon The rule of rose was cracked when i bought it. But what's sad is i have a story similar to yours. Around 15 years ago i put my Dreamcast duplicates into some boxes that I stored in a attic. The attic wasn't climate controlled. And when i went to retrieve the games from the attic. Found that almost every game had severe disc rot. Where the label side was flaking off in chunks.😭
