Perfectly said 😊 I was sleeved on Aug 8th and I think the first words out of my mouth when I got home from the hospital was " this is a total mind fuck" exact words. Thank you for your videos. I think you are absolutely gorgeous 😊😊

Pamela krueger thanks for your sweet words! I don't think enough people talk about the tornado of thoughts that we face after WLS. I love my sleeve and I'm so grateful for it... now I just need to love my new body and not just love the weight loss

just keep up the good work... I can see the weight loss in your face!! I think we all will always see ourselves still fat or heavy but try not to let your mind get the bet of you. I know ill be there soon. love the vid, soo true what you said!. thanks for posting.

Hi Diana!~ I feel the same as you with regards to not knowing how to dress this body.. and move in this body.. it's so weird and difficult to explain.. but you have perfectly verbalized my thoughts~.. Cindy Vsg I'm glad you could relate, not that you feel this way but that you don't feel alone in your thought because for a while there I thought I was alone. I kept telling myself to be grateful and stop looking for the negative. By doing that I wasn't allowing myself to own the feeling and work through them. I do think it will get better with time! We will learn to love and appreciate our new bodies 💕

Still a while away before my surgery....so I speak in my pre-op state of mind. I'm kinda hoping that I'm a slower loser....I would think it would be easier your you skin and whole body really. I think you are doing great and you really have changed for the better. You are beautiful!!

Sleevie Jibbies Honestly i go back in forth with my feeling of being a slow loser. On one hand I see the big picture and I don't mind the slow losses specially of that what my body needs to heal and keep up with the weight loss. On the other hand I realize that my honeymoon period is coming to an end and when you mix that with the comparison of other people... it's a head game and I'm just trying to keep up. But at the end of the day I'm sooo grateful because i never would have lost half of what I've lost if it wasn't for WLS. Thanks for your kind words and encouragement ❤️️💕
