I edited the video with Kinemaster and made Backgrounds, etc with PS CC (Mobile). If you want to do in PC you can use daVinci Resolve and Photoshop. [Pokémon Pictures you can find in Google]

Just get some editing apps like in mobile Kinemaster, PS CC and in pc you can use da Vinci Resolve and Paint.net. If you want to get ideas for Pokémon just write down what Pokémon you want in each region. If you don't know much pokemon you can download various poke dex apps available in Play Store/App Store. I think this might have helped you.
