The past 27 years of my life is a testament to how I lived and thrived off my own preferences..that's why I've gone through hell trying to recover and return to God this past year. I did it my way for 27 years. I'm going to give my preferences over to God and let him decide whats best for me from now on, because it sure doesn't seem like I know what I'm doing!!

Oh but when you burn the family cape of problem solver/peace maker/financier/ therapist/ or whatever duty you thought you had to assume.......the freedom and peace you will acquire 🤸🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️💃🏾🧘🏾‍♀️ And truth be told, you will start to look younger and feel better because stress and worry age you and compromise your immune system.

I throw my hands up and give it to God and leave it. I am enjoying my youthfulness, peace( especially when he leaves the house( praying for a miracle) This comment truly blessed my soul.

@@tiffanysimms4454 I chose to leave my brother in God's hands because I was receiving collateral damage from battles that had nada to do with me. And yes, they will call you selfish because you just cut off their life source. Just like parasites they will suck you dry until you have nothing to left to give and then find a new host. And then have the audacity to ask why you are so mean/bitter/exhausted 😳🙄. Also I found that what you allow with family, you will allow with other relationships. I paid dearly financially to learn this lesson and it took 4 years to recover. Cut the cord now✂️! I'm handing you the virtual scissors 🤝🏾 It will save your relationships with others and you thousands of dollars.
