Yes Tashà try to eat freshly made food and avoid second day left overs to be on a safer side. Also jeera rice I would say tend to generate heat in body Hope you will take this positive advise bc we love to have you a safe ,healthy and happy Pregnancy journey... Also try to eat less sugary food bc 5th month and beyond tend to get gestational diabetes
