Sounds crazy but take a tennis ball on roll your foot over it back and forth. It kills at first but feels soooo much better after! Plantar fasciitis causes it to feel like you are walking on bone. Also, pump your feet to increase circulation before you stand on them after you sit or sleep for a bit.
