ive asked the devs(one of them) why no mid tier wins portal, and ive seen that QNA section about why, not only do they treat it like a fucking joke, "just get good" "have skill" "new players can win if they dont suck", they know that they would lose a good portion of high win players, because most high win players dont like co existing with other high wins and prefer putting low wins through hell

As player with 5k I will tell you why Basically after leaving low wins at 100 wins, you can have characters like Max Science, Upgrade 3 Classic, Max Swap Papyrus, Max Outer, Base Hardtale Sans and Ruin Dust Those characters are extremely strong even against 1k+ with Reset players, now look at situation, where low-decent skill players have to face against the same skill tier Upgrade 3 Classic or Max Swap Papyrus, and let me tell you that it takes lower amounts of skill to use sanses than charas (however they are some exceptions, but the aren't many of them), only by skill to manage your stamina is enough to deal with lots of decent players To make it harder for Charas, there are skins like Pre pacifist, Outerdust and swap paps skins Now tell me what would change if mid servers were added? Mid win players would simple have much overall exp, bc of fighting with weak Charas And btw I created an alt to replay the game, and will say that skill matters, I legit beated Trident, Spear and Pan with 0 upgrades on little But tbh 0 upgrade pacifist is hard to upgrade even in low win server, but this is out of topic :p

interesting time watching this video, I remember a few years back, when I was younger and had a much worse temper, when I played ujd more than ulc and I wouldn't ask for farms but would still participate in them, because that game is very grindy and boring with little skill after 2.5k wins. But the thing is I never understood farming in ulc, since only a handful of characters are op from the start (ex. current geno, dustbelief, etc.) because of the wonderful exp mechanic where you need to work for op characters (even red starts mediocre), and seemingly you share a very similar opinion to mine. anyways I'm a very ranty person that loses steam after 5 seconds

If you are a low win i would recommend Classic Sans or Underfell Sans, they are both pretty great characters that can get you to victory once you get good with them.

the problem is that progression in this game is either really good or just really bad,as if you loose,you dont progress,wich in term makes you keep losing thats the big problems,if you haven't gotten exp with little sans you probably never will when out of low win portal for example in my opinion the progression system isn't correctly balanced as it makes you keep loosing if you loose if only you'd get at least few exp for just playing that would be better.

As a farmer all of those things about farming is true, its boring and I usually end up sleeping because of it (if its night) but we are one of the most peaceful kind.. we dont really mind if you say no but some people are deadass annoying like the server hoppers, i usually only farm when i have the chance (like when everyone need exp) and beside alts are better and nobody really suspects them unless you make it REALLY obvious however they give less exp but its just better, also we usually only farm to max stuff, if you see a high win farming they are probably trying to max a sans or chara, however yes if they keep asking and bugging about farming just report them.

I feel like they should give at least like 10 exp just for playing a character, and if you're afk for five minutes or long, they just prevent you from getting exp. It's not skill issues at this point. It's just that the character suck at 0 upgrades like outer and underswap. I've never been able to get exp because of how fast you get rushed by high level wins.

would be cool if they added like gamepass or singleplayer mode where you play as sans. if you playing as sans in single player you can select a character you want get exp to, after this you will be teleported to random boss (like swap chara, killer sans and other 'bad guys') each of them will give different amount of exp. Minuses: hackers, will probobly be boring. if gamepass, then you will get like farm sans what will gte exp for every character in the game when he kills someone but 5 exp for kill instead of 15. A day ago i met a mobile player while i was playing Unbeatable Lyons Chaos that complained that the soul body was so slow and that they should buff the speed. I told him that it was because he was mobile, then out of nowhere he asked me if i was calling them (the whole chara team when i was sans) trash. I replied that i did not and then he said "Yeah Yeah" or later idk. Then he started staying at the back until he was the last one standing. After that he would say stuff like "Mobile players have more skill" or "Am i trash now?" and the other guys literally responded with "💀" with every stupid stuff he said, after a while when he was UF!Sans he got killed easily (he had 320 exp i think) and he only got to kill my first live thanks to the final attack cuz i suck with blaster circles. He then said "Ugh this game is full of toxic kids" and a guy on the server (W guy) said that it was him being the toxic guy. Then the mobile player guy rage-quitted, and so peace and braincells got restored.

the soul thingy wasn't because he's mobile. I play on pc and most of the time bone sliders and bone jumps on classic's 3rd upgrade are impossible to properly dodge for me too. They should rework the current box attacks in the game to be like dustbelief's, those ones don't have shitty movement that relies on ping and also have proper hitboxes. L to that mobile player tho

The issue is that nothing you learn from low wins really applies in normal servers, and the new player experience is so bad because after you get kicked out of low wins, you can’t even win a single game unless you “get good.” And most people don’t have the time or patience to sit there learning the entire game inside and out just to keep getting beat down into the ground by people with basically everything in the game.

I honestly feel that the best way to atleast reduce some of these complaints would to be so that you gain some exp (maybe like 10.) even if you don't get any kills. Might make farming worse but honestly, I don't care. I'm finding it annoying that I'll have to get to 1000 and reset just to have a chance of going back to low win servers and leveling up pacifist.

If your asking for a guide, then I'd just assume, you reset in the void using the button next to golden pan, then you go through the green portal. I haven't done it myself so I'm not completely sure if it'll work but it's my only hope.

Try to make strats for killer, like for example chasing ppl with void or shooting goop blaster at the very start and using the explosion version as sheild and the spray with bones while hidden cuz they cant see the bones. For insanity just spam bones, he currently sucks alot sadly

I'm going to be honest...I think we can't ignore the fact that the weapons in chara team and Sanses are actually unbalance I mean yes Sanses are only op if they are max and all..but there are some characters that are broken at 0 upgrades like Aftertale Sans you can't deny that aftertale is op even without upgrades and as for the weapons in Chara Team I'm going to state that they are op..I mean take Tough Gloves for example it has very low win cost yet it's amazingly op with it's abilities which makes it so easy to rush Sans especially in low wins servers which make it hard to grind exp...look I am sick of people denying that everything is balanced when it really isn't personally I will think a small balance update from time to time..would be really appreciated.

the most common reason people start farming is because the devs didnt think some things about exp right. like, picture this. you get into ulc, a brand new player, join low wins, and start playing. then you discover exp, and since that character sucks without upgrades, you go use something else that can actually make you win. ex: Sans, Fell, outer swap sans and swap paps then, you get out of low wins,and then the inevitable happens. you start maxing things out. and that character that sucks is now impossible to get exp on characters like papyrus nega sans pacifist and littletale are characters too weak to defend themselves while fighting high win players and thats the problem people when they join dont know that maxing those characters on low wins is Vital what im saying is, when people are new, people dont care about exp, instead they care about wins. also im not farmer before you harass me

I've got every character (besides insanity, he's boring as fuck to play) maxed out and I didn't farm. I completely understand why people do it though. Like it took me 3 or so days of playing only pacifist to get neutral run and I had the goal of maxing every character in the first place, I've 3.6k wins and I basically never mained anything (only character I have above 10k exp on is dust and I got it because of ruins outerdust) which shows how difficult certain characters are to max out.

Ya know the thing about the Low wins portal is half of the fucking time it doesn't even take you to a server with Low wins honestly I want the server's to be reworked in the future so that when people are just starting out they're locked to low win server's where no high win player's can join and then you could have Medium win server's which player's would be put into when they reach either 50 wins or higher then you got High win server's and it would keep going up until you get to Extreme win server's which is where everyone with 7K+ will be put into below that would be Insane win server's and to make people better understand how this would work basically when you reach the win milestone you are instantly forced into the higher ranking server and then once you hit the next milestone you are forced into the next one which stops people from being put with either higher or lower people which would hopefully fix the problem with new player's getting stomped into the dirt and quitting cause again that portal basically does nothing it might as well not exist at all

I think I have a idea for singleplayer they would update the old one to be good but I hope they make a newer version where you play as the sans and when you gain more and more wins the more characters you can use I can create some okay suggestions : first you start off as little sans and you have 3 moves for you but if you are a advanced guy then I think a option to adjust your pre-selected moves can be good like the pre-selected moves for you could like be : gaster blaster , bone zone , force (but then you have other options like blue soul and bone jump and candy to regen stamina of course) but let's get started on my suggestions : papyrus at 8 wins (pre-selected moves : bone wave , bone zone , bone jump/throw , options : great leap , fabled blue) Undertale sans at 20 wins (pre-selected moves : bone zone , gaster blaster , bone air (sans goes to the sky and throws bones kinda like halloween hack sans which is a admin character) options : bone jump , bone throw , bone arena (a move like GT sans where it's bones all around the area))

Okay some things to note No, newbies do not like your hypersweat gameplay with dull knife or dustbelief papyrus The reason why newbies complain is because the game is impossible for them since everyone is a hypersweat and they are literally just someone that is unable to dodge 7 attacks all at once and are unable to get exp, etc because of hypersweats. They have a bigger problem with you than you have with them. Like it is increadibly hard for me to get wins and exp (excluding singeplayer for wins but I literally only can just beat fell 100 times with deaths inbetween cause of the force) and it takes so long just to get 20 exp for a character. btw let me tell you the characters you should avoid using at all cost since they either use too much stamina or just really weak. if you don't have exp or max at any of those don't try to get exp on them since they are just so bad right now. : epic sans , fresh , glitchtale sans(he is good but if you have insanely good skill then you get exp but if no then try to fuck away from him) , red (literally getting exp is cancerous like the chara team deals too much damage like literally a pan can solo red) , TS (his 2 phases are a scam. and I just recommend maxing him if you want the skill issue character Dust TS) , pacifist (due to being unable to do damage so you would end up begging and then seeing people saying "get gud" while you are being rushed and you can't run or regen stamina or anything) , little sans (he is okay for being a -100 win character but if he is not then he is a scam) , science (he is weak but I don't recommend maxing him due to his luck based moveset and due to being a camping character 202030230) , nega sans (in general when you get negative form you get no stamina you get no attacks and you get no bitches [like literally you can't do crap] and in general max nega sans is too weak to face the chara team.). also can I ask where would I have insane skill to gain exp as these characters like literally if the person got killed by me then they have either skill issue or just roblox bullshit ping.

Mad disagree about max little, nega and science, they are hella strong in right hands Pacifist, fresh and red are true only in 0-2 upgrades, Joking aside is strong and if you keep up, you can use pre pacifist, and 0.5 phase give red huge boost Epic is the only completely true one, bc he lost his chicken rubber and now he is dead meat, unless if you can do something

Personally I recommend NOT to grind in singleplayer, sure go kill Swap and Chara for stuff access, but the more wins you have at beginning, the less time you would spend in low win server, so by grinding in singleplayer you will be in average server with 100+ wins and 0 overall exp

Dull knife isn't op, but simply annoying, but me, who have 5k wins prefer to use Outer Trident and I would say it's much better, bc you don't need to die to boost yourself and you are hella tanky 240 hp overall with DT, while dull knife has only 210 overall HP and it balances your set Happy - Fast, but weak (low chance to beat HP character) Sad - Tanky, but slow (at 3rd life he is like a snail) Angry - Strong, but more dmg to you (he literally get 15,33,50% of extra damage based on which life he is)

The main point of the game is to work up from a garbage charater....slowly getting maybe 1-2 kills at a time until you get strong enough to get better upgrades and get more kills

The fact that issue one, being the salt, can be fixed by just spending time to balance the damn game says a lot about it. So many people ragequit due to their first experiences being unbalanced and unfair, whether they use the uf frisk morph like an idiot or not, the game is only balanced around people who already have progression and even then it fails, if proper balancing was done then issue 1 wouldn't exist, those new players have every right to complain and saying they should keep pushing to progress in a game they're clearly not interested in an unbalanced hellhole of a game is a stupid thing to say really. issue 2 isn't possible to fix the only way to prevent it is by having people say no.

@@yeahnvmnvm1331 ulc players when they learn the balancing of ulc has always not been based arounds wins The wins exist for an actual reason to play the game so you don't just get everything instantly, though all balancing has always not been balanced around wins so everything is always viable, at least it was until j22 took ownership and single handedly brought the game to the point where it's almost impossible to redeem because they don't listen.

Is bro actually mad at people that farm?? You literally cannot blame them, then you straight up insult farmers as if it makes you any better or in the right..like, yeah, no. You don't have to be on your period just because people want better upgrades or a better character. As someone that was once a noob, i did everything i could to be better and all of it failed since obviously, people with above 100 wins would be in the low win servers till then, i discovered farming. Not really proud of it but it got the job done, now im good at the game and no longer have to farm. And WHY is that? Because, i have stronger and better characters i can use that i constantly get better with everyday and strategize with. Farming isn't a bad thing in my opinion, i like helpful people and being helpful. Like, no need to get all mad at new people just because they can't win and then they complain.

Ik this was 4 months ago but still gonna reply, So first of all Farming ruins the upgrade system In ulc, The whole point IS playing a character and learning how to play with it and try to kill people for exp. So that you gain upgrades and have an easier time killing people untill where you actually start winning, and you don't have to worry about not winning with Sans 'cus you can gain wins while playing as the Chara team. Plus If you can't kill nobody then there is 2 opinions, 1 Switch servers and try to find a well we Can say a noob server and gain exp there without farming, 2 If you Still can't kill people you might have a skill issue
