whats the soundtrack in the home screen? and how do you get it?

In the home screen click the little character icon in the top right corner, go to BGM and it's called "Journey Begins". You might have it unlocked by default or just continue the story.

how long did it take u to get to level 91? what are the limited characters?

I've been playing since launch so it's about to be 3 months. The limited heroes are Empress Yin, Hua Man, Zhao Yun, Zhuge Liang and YunLu

No you can't. You use in game currency to buy shards from the shop

As a new player you get zhao yun and zhuge liang for free
