going to throw this on here since more people come across this every now and then; questions and answers! **what’s an MRiT?** - MRiT stands for “Middle Rank in Training”; it basically describes itself! an MRiT has been handpicked by the Employment Department and may possibly become an MR (Middle Rank). **how did you become an MRiT? how long did it take?** - i became an MRiT after being recognized by the Employment Department as a worthy SB! it probably took around a month or so of consistent activity and demonstrating my capabilities :) **how can i become an MRiT?** - you’ll need at least 1,000 points and to have been a Senior Barista+ for at least (one or two?) weeks to be eligible; make sure you’re also in their Discord server! that’s not all they look for, though- you need to demonstrate you deserve the position through professionalism and your characteristics (respect, maturity, kindness, etc.) **do you still work at Boba?** - i made it to assistant manager and eventually resigned, but you might find me around the cafe as an LR nowadays! it’s really a very nice place :)

hiya! unfortunately you cannot purchase moderation admin commands and must be specially selected as an SA to use as such. if you purchase celebrity, you will be able to use some commands, however! and thanks :)

Nope; you only need 1k to be eligible for MRiT SI! It wasn’t random, I was specially handpicked, as is each MRiT. :D

In the handbook guide though, it says you need 10k points to be a Staff Intern. So I just wanted to check did you have 10k or did they promote you earlier?

@@kavraplayz6902 There’s a few different ways to get Staff Intern, and not all Staff Interns are MRiTs (Middle Ranks in Training.) 10k points will rank you up to SI, the gamepass will rank you up to SI, and becoming an MRiT will have you ranked up to SI.

@@itzr1co of course- i'm happy to answer! i resigned on nov 6th last year, mainly because i was really busy and had little time to invest into Boba. i had been an assistant manager since sept 18th last year! I recently wanted to come back because i have a LOT more time on my hands and i generally love the community; i've started being more active just in the last few days.
