I should have received the full amount as there was a small amount of unpaid rent but giving a small amount back made them agree to the decision

Nice vid. Presumably you used an agent? Aren’t they meant to do regular inspections? I’m assuming the blown windows are just due to age? Can you blow windows due to neglect?

Appreciate it! They have done regular checks but unfortunately they can only advise them to keep the property clean.... Yes due to living conditions windows can blow especially as there was no ventilation in the property
