A long time ago I was once going for a full set and had nearly a 1000 games. I have since sold over half of them, including all sports games, tactical RPGs, fighters, and games that have had a HD update. I'm at the same position you are in now. I still have all the expensive games like Rule of Rose and such, Samurai Western is the most valuable game I don't have. Thanks for sharing your collection with us

@@themanboycave122 most of that came back from around 2016. Back then you would find 100s of games at garage sales for like a buck or two each. I got all the silent hills and several other high priced games that way. Except for rule of Rose and kuon, those were like a couple hundred each at the time

Nice Collection! im at 250 games myself. and i'm slowly building up the greatest hits set, i have 61 Greatest hits titles. and in those greatest hits games, i have Def Jam Fight for New York.

Def jam is a good pick up. Yeah you gotta go slow with ps2. There are too many games for that system.

I certainly can. One of the nice things about how popular the ps2 was when it came out (thank you dvd player) is that it got a wide variety of games. Plus it plays ps1 games. What type of games do you like?

@@themanboycave122 rpg, platformer, strategy, action, and some 3ps and some fps.

@@kevinjohnson2054 platformers I can’t help with. I know there are some but I think Nintendo still owned that genre at the time. First or third person shooters I’d start with the old call of duties. They had campaigns back then that were worth doing the single player mode. They are all still cheap too. Plus it’s always fun to find a shooter you’ve never heard of on the system and try it out. They haven’t aged well compared to modern games so they are usually all very cheap. Rpgs is the way to go. The ps1 and 2 where a powerhouse for the genre. The final fantasy games are still relatively cheap. If you want an action rpg I recommend dark cloud 2. Or any of the SMT or persona 3 or 4. Though I’ve very biased when it comes to those last games. I’ve been collecting a lot but I still have a lot of them to try out.
