Hello thanks for the good info in the videos but try to figure out what the pass mark are for the Pearson UKV1 test. Most of presenters or videos talking how to get 90%. Is that the min to pass the test? Thanks

In PTE, there is nothing like passing marks as different kinds of visas, occupations or university degrees require different sets of scores. An education consultant/migration agent would be the best person to guide you on this.

I recently gave exam on 3rd June I just realized because of the extra 2 trail questions less no of questions are asked in repeat sentence read aloud and retell lecture even I felt describe image was less. In my case I missed first two sentence starting in repeat sentence As on boy was shouting at top of his voice got very less marks in speaking if they would have asked more repeat sentence I would have covered up. Any one who gave the exam and noted the no of questions they are asking in speaking ??? I feel in speaking no of questions are reduced. I got 63 in speaking. I wanted 65 each I will give it again. Hence wanted to know the number of questions in speaking module.

They are mostly only reducing Answer short questions in speaking, everything else is within the average range of the number of questions, you have minimum 6 Read Alouds, 8 repeat sentences and 3-4 describe images.

If you are referring to the trial questions in the PTE Academic exam, you can skip them without impacting your score.

The trainer said, "maybe that has affected the skills". The point was to let you understand that the extended skills section is not as accurate.

Yes, while they state that results are typically available within 5 business days, many times scores are generated almost immediately after the exam is completed. That's the advantage of AI scoring.

No, the same template will not work because they are for different module questions. The SST template is designed to maximize marks in Writing, focusing on vocabulary and grammar. In contrast, the RTL template emphasizes fluency to achieve a higher score in Speaking.

RTS is actually a PTE Core question, but you might get it in Academic as a trial question until July 1st week. Not to worry, as it is not a scored question & you will be able to skip it.

Thank you for your comment. You cannot judge it on the basis of 1 mock test. You need to give multiple mocks & if you are consistently getting similar scores, then you can expect a similar score in the actual exam, provided you repeat the same performance.

Hi Fatima, Thank you for the sharing information. I have two questions as below. 1) Is voice pitch reducing marks, if it is around 120-150. 2) for extra words in WFD, will that reduce marks, because observed that it counts the words.

It’s not always about the pitch. If you've tried everything else and your score hasn't improved, you might consider increasing the pitch. Regarding WFDs, there’s no penalty for extra words, but too many can affect your score negatively.

You cannot judge your performance on 1 or 2 mocks. Try to give as many as possible & If you are consistently getting similar scores, then you can expect a similar score in your exam with a +/- 5-10% difference provided your responses are similar to how you have been practicing on the website & you don't commit any major errors.
