When you have done so much, why don't you invest another 100 or so, and change the flasher relay. It will solve your rapid blinking problem and the indicators will blink normally. That will look much better!

Bro I'm also go through the same problem but now my problem get fixed I suggest to go your service center and tell them about ur issue they help u to get permanent solution other wise told them to replace it. And don't give any amount for parts or anything....
