He also spent time in prison. Got out went to work in a factory. He got custody of his son at about 10 yrs old. A few years later him and his son started doing funny skits and built a pretty big base. Upchurch also started in comedy so they got together and did a couple skits. Church is who got Adam back into rapping when they were doing the comedy skits. Now Adam's son is in the army and his rap career is doing great. It's funny how life can take you. The comedy skits by Calhoun and church are only a couple minutes each. You should do a reaction of them in 1 video. They are called making fun of whoa vicky and making fun of antifa.

As for racism existing, it does exist, but only because people allow it to exist, but it is a man-made construct, which continues to be perpetuated by people who continue to base how they feel about people by the color of their skin.❤️Tennessee

my son is 5 his best friend is another boy same age that is black. last year a family friend of the black child tried to tell my son they could notbe friends anymore because my son is half white and half native american. my son was upset but with this year school starting him and his friend back being friends but only at school because outside school the boys family wont let him be friends with my son. it angers me, racism is something people learn not born that way. they dislike my son because his mother is white. hell my son isnt a native american boy or white boy, he just a normal 5year old boy into pj mask, playing in the back 40, playing with his dog, or spending time with me learning to work on trucks and such. and yet i had to explain why his friends family did not like him. i understand educating your children to what they might face in there life. but hell when that family didnt have food after tornado hit his job, my family gave them food. when there truck broke down i fixed it. when they needed someone to fix some wiring in there house i fixed it. never charged them a dime because that what neighbors do is help each other. i had a talk with them after they told them not to hang with my son and tried to explain that teaching your son that there are people that might not like him due to something he cant control is understandable but they should also teach him to judge those people based on there actions not there color. i have faced racism is my life, but i just hold that to someone that is stupid and move on with my life. hell i moved off the rez at 13-14 years old as a freshman in high school. i caught a lot of crap and had plenty of fights to stand up for myself . sorry for the rant but my son may lose a friend over this and my son losing a friend over skin color is b.s. hell having a true friend is a very important that person can grew up with.

Adam Calhoun was identifying the stereotypes of white people and black people. How many of them live and how many of them may see each other. He was identifying how the wealthy and powerful, specifically Hollywood, the media, and politicians, are constantly pinning whites and blacks against each other. They're doing that for a purpose, it keeps them in power. The song was about how whites, blacks, and people of every skin color, no matter what our differences may be, need to finally stand together as one people, because if we stand together, than the powerful will no longer be so powerful. It doesn't matter what our skin color is. Believe it or not, we all bleed red. If we just sat down and had an intelligent and rational conversation with each other, we would realize that we have more in common than we think. United we stand, divided we fall.

Love your reaction. I love the message of this song. I tell my kids there maybe foolish people who hate you or have preconceived ideas about who you are based on the color of your skin. It happens to all races because there are fools in every race but don't you ever start hating. Don't ever think cause you hear something stupid coming from someone's mouth that they represent their whole race. Also never go along with someone being hateful just because they are your race. Hate only creates more hate.

my whole life, i was the lower class white person, with lower class black friends. And racism in our lives never cross our paths, ever. It wasn't until it got mainstream in about 2014 ish when my black friends from 2003 no joke, my best friends of over 10 years started asking me these questions and making these awkward requirements of me, i wont go into it but... It still breaks my heart because I don't talk to them anymore. They got caught up in the media about white people being auto-racist and evil and I just hate everything about the media and brainwashing thats going on. I HATE IT. SO MUCH. I've lost some of my best friends and I don't know how to combat it when my single voice isn't being heard.

Ya know as can be expected I saw a few reactions where people got offended but only a few. And all but one of those got over it when they realized the message. I don't think America is as divided as it seems racially. I think the media pushes it whenever they get a chance. If you think about it the way I do. When you take the Cadillac and the trucks and flags and color. All the stereotypes fit both sides in the video. If anything the separation is actually more along the lines of social standings than race or religion. Great reaction man.

@@JohnMarshallProductions Sorry man. Breaks my heart when I hear someone say these things. Racism, prejudice has existed since history was written. The world had slavery and violence towards one another in all parts of the world and all people have suffered from that evil. We are truly privileged to be living in this time. America, Canada and a few parts of Europe are the closest the world has ever seen in terms of equality. We still have work to do...but as we are doing now, we are talking to one another as equals and that is an amazing thing. That is rare in the history of the WORLD and we should be proud we do it, together.

About 35 years ago I lived in Virginia; just outside of Norfolk in a mixed race low-income neighborhood. One day I had just got off the bus and was walking to my roach-infested apartment building when I saw a little African American girl playing on the sidewalk in front of me. She was so cute; bright colored ribbons in her hair; maybe 5 years old. When she saw me, she turned, put her hands on her hips and said defiantly, "Don't you come down here white boy!!" It was like having the wind knocked out of me. This adorable child hated me because of the color of my skin. My apartment was just a few houses down so I continued down the sidewalk - but stepped off to the side as I passed her with a friendly smile and a little wave. That precious child was taught to hate white people. When we teach our children about race - please don't teach them to "fear different". Please don't pass on our own prejudices (and we all have some - at least a little bit). Teach them to be the best version of us. I used to be a Democrat, but over the years I saw how the Dems were feeding off the issues that divide us and how they agitate - so the wounds never heal. I've come to see them as "Party first" instead of "Country first". If you are a Democrat - do some research into the Democratic Party and maybe consider walking away. #Blexit

I honestly don"t understand how people are still racist in 2020. I have lived 23 years of my life less than a ten minute walk from Detroit. Were a hub for all sorts of folks. I personally think that the diversity makes me feel more enriched. I've even had homeless people try to offer me their alcohol, when i bummed them a couple smokes and we were chatting(both white and black) it's all a matter of treating everyone as person/human. Which is the bare minimum that all people deserve, until you know otherwise.

Yes, brother! You said it! This racism shit in 2020 is stupid. Much love to all my brothers and sisters of every culture or skin color! I am fortunate to live in a small town where we are all family- no matter your race! We take care of each other, and don’t discriminate against anyone! There’s bad people in the world, but it’s just that! There’s stereotypes, of course, but there are more good people than bad. I wish we all could focus more on the good in the world, and in life.

He made that video and the roughest part of Chicago Illinois because that's what he was trying to explain stereotyping and the government is pending us against each other and we need to see that everybody cuz I do see it
