Dementional_Rift you cant mod online on ps4 only in a local match. Jitter mods are done by cronus max, titan one, etc. pc mods i have no clue but you can legit just buy them. I use to mod everything from consoles to pc. Its not hard at all.

The reason it's easier to find hackers on pc, is coz of the programs on pc, the jitter is super easy to get coz there is a mod pack at stores that connects to your controller and enables mods in game

The difference between PC and PS/Xbox is console has cost 600$ USD cause they have to internally hardwire a new console specific to a game where PC you can download a full decked up mod menus for 20$ USD so the difference between cash and available is on another level so very few console and alot of PC
