I love seeing your dad do work around the house. Your dad reminds me so much of my dad and how much I miss him. I also love when u shop with you mom as well. In regards to the garden section in you backyard I feel like you should have a little fountain ⛲️ of some sort and flowers around a it. If you don’t think you will get much use out of a formal dining area don’t do it. You already have a space to sit and eat with your family and your parties look like the flow well from kitchen to family room. The builder called it a dining room but it’s a Colquitt house. An unused dining room is just some extra shit you gotta dust.
