You are 100% correct! Genetics play such havoc with our bodies. I applaud you for doing what makes you feel good. You alone walk your path, so no one should judge you. Take care of your self. This part of the journey is hard. When you recover you might want to look into cool sculpting for your trouble spots. But make sure you use the compression suit afterwards. I’ve done both a tummy tuck and the liposuction and I’ve been supplementing cool sculpting for my trouble spots. And I don’t regret it. You do you.

That is why it is prudent for anyone to do their thorough and extensive research on the doctor, his practice and his patient's experiences with said doctor. Also, always ensure your doctor is board certified with the latest, up to date certifications in the field in which you want work done. Why are you going to a Dentist or an Orthopedic specialist for liposuction, breast implants or a tummy tuck? When going out of the country, it is imperative to do your due diligence. Just because it may be less expensive, does not guarantee great results....you're more likely to die or die from an infection. Also multiple surgeries for the same operation is unwise unless you have a doctor who knows what they are doing because of scar tissue build up, would a non specialist in that field know what to do with excess scar tissue. Sometimes, it is best to just be happy with the body that you were born to have. Just eat as healthy as you can and exercise according to what you can handle.

Plastic surgery is so frowned upon and misunderstood! I will say however that you need to do your research thoroughly!!! Safety is so important above everything. Florida does have a few surgeons and they do a good job with defining curves and achieving that hourglass shape.

It’s not that simple for some women. When I exercise, my waist is the first thing to shrink then my thighs and butt. This is purely genetics. The same can be said for others who hold on to weight in their abdominal area.
