My morning routine: meditate for 3 min, journal, devotional, to do list, stretch, shower, outfit, skincare, hair, makeup, jewelry, God time, and breakfast. Also Nicole, if u want wavy hair on short hair, I have shorter hair than u and I either put my hair in 2 Dutch braids or 4 normal braids (2 on top and 2 on bottom) and it turns out so cute!

Here is what my routine looks like: I wake up around 8 AM Go on my phone for like 5 minutes go make coffee and have some snacks with it freshen up attend my first class of the day take a shower and change and then the rest of my day :) Honestly, Colie is the biggest inspiration I have to be productive and get all of my work done. Here’s mine as an 8th grader trying to set themselves up for a good high school experience: 5:45- Wake up, Turn on LED(I started doing that cause of this video lol), change into workout clothes, go downstairs to get water 5:50- Workout 6:10- Eat breakfast 6:35-Get dressed, Wash face, brush teeth, make bed, get bag ready 6:50-Chill until 7:05 7:05- Go downstairs to pack lunch 7:15- Leave for school

Hey Nicole I completely understand you on hoping your knee heals. Last year I was doing gymnastics (I’m a level 7 gymnast) and starting getting a sharp pain under my kneecap. I went to the doctors and they told me I have a fracture of my tibia. I was literally heartbroken snd scared that I wouldn’t be able to pursue gymnastics after I’ve come so far. Later in the week I was called back told that it wasn’t a fracture that they messed up and I needed MRI’s (this is after they casted me from hip to toe in a hard cast) I was than diagnosed with patella tendinitis and was put in another cast and crutches. I healed and than got back to gymnastics and I’ve been fine for about a year unfortunately I’ve been feeling more pain under my knee again, I honestly don’t know what to do. Sorry I wrote so much! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 love you and don’t worry things will get better

my morning routine goes like this : i wake up at like 7:30 and i make my bed, remove and wash my retainers, brush my teeth and go upstairs, i make coffee or tea (depends on my mood), and when its 8, i join my online classes. i have an hour break where i have my breakfast, i write sometimes, read a book or just scroll through my feed.
