ok a few tips: 1. If you really want to be cleaner and smoother, you should: exfoliate, shave (if you need/do so), use a bar soap (preferably an unscented one, I really like the dove deep moisture one), body wash (scent of your choice, try one that matches your perfume), then moisturize. This will leave you cleaner & smoother, because bar soap has been found to clean us better than body wash. And when you shave and exfoliate after you wash up, you still have residue which can cause buildup on your skin. So try exfoliating and shaving & then washing up. 2. Tresemme is terrible for curly hair, their products suck for us lol. A good shampoo (it’s like $11) for curly hair that is dry is the shea moisture intensive hydration shampoo with Manuka honey in it. The matching conditioner is great as well too. 3. Use a toner for your face before you moisturize, it really strips the dirt from your skin and will help even your skin tone. Hope this helps :)

As a curly girl myself, I alternate each week with Shea Moisture JBCO shampoo and As I Am CoWash. Then I deep condition every week with Shea Moisture Manuka Honey Deep Conditioner (best deep conditioner hands down 🙌🏽). Then style with leave in conditioner, moisturizing mousse, and finish with soft hold gel and defuse. You don’t have to use these products specifically but you want to stay away from drying hair products like sulfate shampoos - Tressemee is definitely drying to the hair which can cause breakage.

I would recommend using treatments (not chemical) like Chebe powder. It does get messy and you should watch KZbinrs that are known for hair growth or hair protection. You should use length retention methods. You should use heat less. And oil does not always mean moisture. You also should be wetting your hair a little bit when applying oil or other treatments. You should do some masks. And you should take longer time to help your hair. Wash hair in sections. And use heat less ❤️ Hope this helps a little bit

Very relaxing video. SO TRUE about the Aquaphor-I recently pulled out my jar that I had sitting in the drawer FOR MONTHS, and used it.. My skin is responding so well to it after only day 2 and my fragrance sticks to my body like a glove. Great video🌟

Hey beautiful..i am a cosmetologist and you should definitely try a sulfate free shampoo that’s dedicated to our curls. Sulfate shampoo strips the oils from your scalp with leads to dryness. Take care ❤hope this helps

I found tresseme really drying on my hair, I never bought it again. I’m in Australia so not sure what to recommend but highly suggest ditching the tresseme.

New subscriber here! But I use Aunt Jackie’s Shampoo & Leave-In for my curls(I wet my hair for at least 6 minutes before i get into the shower because I’ve learned it locks the moisture in,Also i was my curls every 7-10 days now)Along with Olaplex’s bond builder(I only use a small amount especially on my now blonde highlights). I can definitely see you in a Dove sponsorship because it was literally so relaxing just to hear what you had to say & you reminded me that I needed to go stock up. Love that you also listed everything w/pricing as well. So yeah just loved it.

heres just ooooooneee tip: wash your intimate parts the last thing you do before getting out, so then there isnt any extra soap down there when u get out that can ruin your ph balance.

What is the method you use to get the back cleaner soapy? If you don't want to tend to your hair you should wear a short easy to manage style. Most people including myself don't like alot of hair.
