My Recent Health Issues and How They Will Affect My Channel

Thanks to all of you for your patience with me as I thought over what I was going to say and whether or not I really wanted to do this! I do! Many of you have become my friends in recent months and I want you to know what's happening as it will affect my channel in the future.
