MY RECORD RESTORED BY KIRMUSS The process, before and after test.

I bought mine about five years ago. It's time consuming, but it does work well. I found that I ran out of the spray. I had to phone Kirmuss Audio and give them the serial number off my unit in order to go to a store that sells his product so I could buy more spray otherwise they will not sell you the spray unless you can show them you owen one of their machines.

@johnw.graovac8030 Several years ago an ultrasonic manufacturer of a true ultrasonic saw a record collector use our ionizing spray on a collection of records with their machine. The frequency was 46 Khz. The records were sandblasting and affected the manufacturer of the machine. They shut down business. Some audiophiles maje their own cleaning agents. Most are dangerous to the health of the record. Others dangerous to the health of the person. Ionization changes the charge of the record to be opposite to that of water to attract the effects of cavitation to the record to remove first films left over from prior cleaning processes, then as we proceed in another cycle, the film deposited on the record by the outgassing of the plasticizer while the record is in its sleeve for weeks or decades, then in final cycles, the release agent that surfaces during the pressing process that allows the record to pop out of the stamper. Added any dust or contaminants that land on the cooling record that are cause of those unwanted pops heard in new records. So important that we ensure as protection to the health and longevity of records that ve do our best to service KirmussAudio owners. Of course folks that are regulars do not have to provide a serial number. Thanks for your patronage. Hope the above responds and explains a little more the background of the process and what record ionization and cycling the record in and out of our machine accomplishes. The ionizing agent and charge induced "washes off' as the record spins.

@cwhitchblu Shane has recorded the before using the spectrum analyzer. And also the after with the spectrum analyzer as the main means of analysis. At this and other shows, we are prohibited from using loudspeakers in the record fair area. Only headphones can be used. If you look at the video, and understand how the soectrum analyzer works, you will see the referenced mark using the bar to note the peak of the signal output of the cartridge pre restoration. ... The post restoration test shows the cartridge's signal output increase without changing any volume or making any adjustments. Shane in his subsequent videos on his channel sees him refer to the improvement. And plays shorts of selected tracks. This said, go to the KirmussAudio KZbin channel. .... There are two before and after video clips with music in sync with the spectrum analyzer that were recorded in front of the Mexico Discos association in 2023 at the Margules Company where two records that were brought in by visitors were played before and after record restoration. Restoration was done in real time, unscripted. In fact we restored a half dozen records brought in by disk jockey,'s. Also covered by the Mexican audio journalists. Neil a record reseller featured at the show in Australia who was also at the event as an exhibitor commented where records that were not sellable having little or no monetary value where after our complimentary restoration saw now a grading and now have a monetary value. In fact there are three videos produced by Shane. Do consult not only the KirmussAudio KZbin channel for A B before and after testing, but also Audiophile Junkie's unscripted recording of A B before and after restoration at the Pacific Audio Fest 2022 of a record. Better yet, bring us a record to restore at many of the global audio shows or record fairs where we enjoy restoring records, especially ones that were originally processed with other cleaning processes. We always have a spectrum analyzer with us to measure the increased signal output of the cartridge and expanded frequency response. Trust the above assists you in evaluating any cleaning process, we restore, not just surface shine records. We are the only known manufacturer that publishes the minimum gain of signal and percentage increase in frequency response after using our process. To the credibility of Shane, the restoration of his prized record was unscripted and recorded live. He further saw us replay the restored record for him, a record he knows very well and take note of what he heard in his own words. If the video was scripted we would have done a better job. The video was recorded live at the show with folks around our booth witnessing the process and results. The best a and b comparison is on our KZbin channel.
