Solid info in here! I didn't really know hot and cold water method was that effective. I don't really have that option in my apartment but I should really invest in one of those rollers it seems. Constant muscle soreness is my only issue, as a physical labor worker full time, who's actively kickboxing at home 4 days a week. You hit the nail on the head, with sleep and nutrition being the number one of it all. Sleep is my most real issue. I get 5 to 6 a night on average, so I'm never really improving physically.. just maintaining while feeling tired all the time.

i just landed with the back of my head on the floor dead on, and I am just gerally fatigued from sparring in intense heat. I am a bit frustrated. Have a "stun gun", would also try incorporating contrasting showers. But I wish I didn't feel so damn sleepy after a 1,5h session. How do people feel about sparring during heat waves? Any tips?

True. But nobody would ever believe it since everybody is getting mainstream nutrition advice from “ experts” who misinterpret studies. I know someone who went on it and said pretty much all of their medical issues that they had for 20+ years vanished on it. I’m not on it though. It’d be an expensive diet and I do love my pasta lol.

12 hours of sleep? Unless he is addressing those who compete for a living, I'm interested to see how does someone who grinds hard as a sucessful business man, works out and be a full time family man like myself also sleep half their day away? I find it hard to squeeze in 6 hours. Sounds great though. Sleeping for half a day sounds like a vacation.

@@PhilDaruStrong I figured that's who you were referring to. With the kind of life I'm assuming you live schedule wise, which I can relate to, I found it difficult seeing you get 12 hours of sleep a night lol. I was a little confused. Thanks for the reply. Long time subscriber here. Love the channel and what you represent.
