My Relationship and Past Experience with Exercise/Fitness

3 days in a row guys, haha. Slowly getting a little more confident rabbiting away to the camera, still think its going to take a while for my true personality to come through in these but as I've said the more i do it, it can only improve things! In todays video i cover probably the single biggest aspect of my life throughout my illness, exercise. I am currently working on building back a healthy relationship with exercise like i used to have, using it to enhance my life rather than destroy it. I really hope you enjoy listening to this one and are able to get a better insight into my thoughts around it as someone who has certainly used it in the wrong way.
