Lol, this is good advice. I'm 4 months in to my "healthy" hair journey (I say healthy because I've been relaxed for decades but only learned about my hair this year) so I've been watching and listening to endless you tubers. I follow all these people and got mad because my hair is gummy. It's because I am NOT protein sensitive! My hair thrives on protein! Balance is still key but my protein requirements are simply higher than many 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes, and that was because my mother didn’t want me putting any relaxers in my hair until I was of age to take care of it. 😊

Yep, I love bunning too! I alternate below buns on both sides and in the middle. Then sometimes I will do a mid high bun and then a high bun! Good tips!
