Thank you for the comment and yes you are correct a tripod would be much better I still hate to talk or even record myself but anyways my homemade transom consists of some flat stock aluminum and a piece of wood lol very low budget but it works. I just use the mounting holes that were provided for the rudder and it works great to hold a trolling motor. I'm planning on getting out more this year on the kayak so may have a few vids this summer thanks again for watching and leaving a comment 👊

The led green fishing light you made on a piece of pvc? Did it continue to work? I bought some and it states to not put them under water. It does say waterproof. I see some people put them in clear tubes. I was just wondering how your turned out. Thanks

Yes it still works to this day. My friend bought some that said water resistant and he put it inside clear tube but it dry rotted and ended up messing up the leds. That's one reason I got the "waterproof leds" so I could leave them exposed and they seem to be working out. Better part of a year since I made it still goin strong. Hope that helps answers your question 👍
