This shows we should not apply from karnataka.. they wil always prefer kannada people and these other state people simply loose their chance thinking cutoff is less so we wil definitely get job..which is always not at all true

Kyu karenge bhai baaki logo ko prefer wo log over Kannad people ? The whole point of RRBs is providing service to the rural people of that state. Bahar waala agar unn logo se interact hi nahi kar paayega unn ki language me aur bolega ki Hindi me bolo to nahi Chalega ye to Bilkul bhi Banking service industry hai. Yaha customer ke according language bolna padta hai, customer ko employee ke according language bolne ko nahi keh sakte

No brother..it's compulsory to provide central cast if you OBC

OBC-NCL certificate is a caste certificate and the caste certificate remains same always be it for job or education. You can use the same for both. The only difference is the State and Central certificate of OBC-NCL which is used differently for state govt.@@AJ-qb8me
