average cost of house of dublin is 500k, salary needed to buy it 125k. for a single person to buy a house it will take decades. also freshers dont even try to come ( this is honest advice you will get from any recuriter in ireland or any of ur real family/friends) who will tell u the truth.

if you are in sharing accom. may or may not be included with rent, however if you are with family then it’s depends. Usual price 50-70 for single and 200-250 for family for electricity. Also Wifi and bins cost ranges 50-70 again
