Depends on the work you do, your personal circumstances and how you plan your life. Someone can make 10,000 pounds in 10months if you earn 3500 pounds a month. If you reside in a shared apartment, and pay 700 pounds a month, food and transportation for even say 800 pounds per month. You have in excess of 2k. So it’s possible but depends on each person’s personal situation.

As a driver, the insurance is a requirement for you to be able to drive that car. There’s nothing like paying insurance to the car owner. MOT is once a year, and not monthly.
