@@AngelCraft_YT1 you have to take off the mesh part of the earphone where the sound comes out and there will be a little black circle of plastic just remove it and its done

I was told there is could be a different issues. Call customer service. I my case that really worked.

Have you tried to go to Advanced settings in bluetooth and to make sure Media Volume Sync is ON?

Bullshit. Tried it and it didn't work. Network settings have nothing to do with the buds.
