Lowkey if you build zhezhi for maximum dps You can run double dps sanhua and zhezhi since they buff each other.

if you commit the same investment and skill, carlotta will still better in every way, same can be said with others 5 stars, even zhezhi can do tons of dmg with the right build. So no, 4 stars cant be and never will be on the same level as 5 stars no matter how much you sweat on them, but dont get me wrong, they still able to do lots of dmg, just not as high as 5 stars
