Not gonna lie Clerks are paid less in Banks Compared to other Posts Clerk gets 44K in hand Where as PO which is 1 Higher Post than Clerk gets 75K in PSU & RRB and in SBI 85K Which is Good Amount Looking at this Clerks Should get atleast 55K in Hand But almost 11K less

Aage yahi kaam aayega bhai. Agar grow karna hai toh mehnat kar lena. Jitni mehnat karoge utna jaldi grow kar paoge, otherwise kaam nhi karoge ache se nhi seekhoge toh 5/6 saal yahi nikal jaayega. Mehnat karo, exams nikalo, and 3 saal baad he promotion lelo. Isliye kaha hai maine ki mehnat kar lena.

Yes har mahine 10 se pehle apply karna hota hai. And ye aise kabhi nhi milta ki kuch din kaam kiya toh uss din ka mil gya, voh shayad approve na kare. Agar pure mahine higher power pe kaam karte ho toh yes easy rehta hai. Mere dost hai lekin jinhone kuch time bhi Kara hai higher capability par kaam and claim Kara hai. Every month HRMS me 10 se pehle salary data correction me apply karna hota hai. Agar approve ho gya toh amount mil jaata hai, ya toh turant ya fir add up hoke ek sath probation ke baad depends on your approver. Isse jyada apko khud pata lagana hoga lekin bas ye bata sakta ki mil jaate hai. Best of luck✨

If you're working constantly, like continuously for a month then you can. And it will be applied by the maker of your branch. In HRMS every month before 10th, the maker will do it in salary data correction.

1500 tavh hai jab apke paas vehicle nhi hai apke naam pe. And 2500/2700 tavh hai jab apke paas vehicle hai khudke naam par.

One of my friend cleared IBPS Clerk and joined UCO Bank on 5th August 2024. He showed me his October salary slip. His total gross is 45874 and total deduction is 3852, so his net salary is 42022. Is IBPS salary is higher than SBI ?

Shayad sirf 2 wheeler pe he milta hai. 4 pe nhi. Baaki I'm not sure about this. Jab mein apply kar rha tha, tavh 2 wheeler ki details he puch rhe the voh. Aur agar 4 le allow hoga bhi toh apka he nuksaan hai. Kyunki 20L petrol milta hai, and Car use karna matlab 10 din bhi nhi chalega itna petrol toh. Better to use 2 wheeler.

Apko mail aayega, usme mentioned honge kya kya documents arrange karne hai bas vahi sab kar lena. Koshish karo university se baat karke ki selection hua hai, mail pe he bhejdo bhej sako toh certificate. Degree and marksheet toh bahot jaruri hai. Baaki apko dv ke time pata lag jayega. Home state me SBI JA mil rha hai toh SBI JA lo. Posting bhi theek mil jayega, kaam ka pressure utna nhi, aur parhne ko bhi milega aage jaake. RRB PO me gaav me posting milegi first of all, second facilities vagera kam rahegi. Paisa jyada rahega, growth kam rahegi. Agar aage parhna ho toh sbi ja lo home state se.
