Well, most districts in the US don't have buses containing seatbelts, he may live some where else but the US that allows seatbelts on buses or his country or district he went to has buses with seatbelts, otherwise I was questioning life myself because I am so used to buses without seatbelts, only seatbelts at the front of the bus, because thats where the windshield is, and you don't want students flying out of the bus trough the windshield when the bus crashes.

Story time: In 4th grade I was in RSP (it's a place where u get help in school ) and this quiet kid in my main class always wear his hoodie on and the teacher tried to take it off but it got caught on his neck and the teacher tried to pull it off with some strength and it like cut in to the kids throat and the kid went to the principal's office and told on the teacher and the next day I got called up to the principal's office because I sit right in front of the kid and I said I didn't know what happened cuz I was in RSP, but when I got back from class I asked the other kids sitting next to me what happened and they told me.
