ok guys im sorry i said "and yeah" alot i will try not to next time! And for the 'waste of water' i usually dont keep it on. I just accidently did in this video cause i forgot and was more worried about being in the frame of the video. ALSO i drank all of the smoothie, i just didnt film the rest. Better?

1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Milk
10 Ice Cubes
1/4 Cup Sugar ( i know that is alot but you can always use substitutes like splenda!)
