I attend to university in Europe, I have to get up at 5:30, my first class is at 8 AM. We have 6-8 classes in a day, the average student has to have 30 credits in a semester to be able to finish uni in 3/3.5/4 years (it depends on the subject, arts is usually 3 years, engineering 3.5 yrs, health care(not med school) is 4).

I know that the German high school diploma (Abitur) is about equal to the first two years of American college, and am pretty sure most other European countries are similar, soooo 😅 on another hand though, American credits are calculated differently than European ones, so the credit hours are probably equal, she is doing a lot of work!

So... i know different countries have different school systems but i used to have classes at 7:20 am. I would rather that over my current schedule which is at night. I have 3 classes with no break which is almost 6 hours. I get out of school between 9 and 10:30 pm every day and that means no social life after or in between classes. Also dorms or housing near school is not a thing so everyday i have to take a hour and 30 minutes bus ride to get to school and then to go back home 👍🏻👍🏻
