*MY SECOND PERIOD* After Endometriosis Surgery

Today I am taking you along my SECOND PERIOD AFTER ENDOMETRIOSIS SURGERY. I’ll be honest, this period was painful, but I don’t regret my #EndometriosisSurgery at all.

Did you have Endometriosis surgery? How is your recovery going?

in my 4th week now aftermy first lap, I am ok, still off-work, but I will start in few days time, My job is very physical, so I needed a full recovery before I start any effort. If I would have had an office job, I would have been able to go back to work in my 3rd week post surgery. My first 2 weeks were a nightmare, the gas pain was very very very bad.......I cried a lot. I have stage 3, I need another lap, as I have endo o n my colon, too, and they delayed to remove it, in order to shrink it first via Zoladex treatment for a while- I am on Zoladex at the moment. They asked me pre-op if I want a coil and I refused as I dont like the idea of a foreign object inside me. Though on zoladex, I still had my period few days after my surgery, I was on antibs and painkillers, but the pains were like before. They say you can still have your period after the first dose of Zoladex, so I wait to see how the 2nd month will be. I did a change in my diet and I avoid inflamatory foods asmuch as I can, I also decided to cut on coffee, in order to help my body to deal better with any health issue. A new journey, a new experience. I have been a big dairy lover so I have fed my endometriosis through this, a big mistake. Also having endo on my colon, I need to avoid dry food that causes constipation , as you may know the endo pains are increased by constipation.

Its my 1st menstrual period after endo surgery. Its not my usual type of pain during mens, its more painful now.

I was on srage 3 of endometriosis and by god's grace i didn't felt any pain also after my surgery my first period was smooth with little bit of cramping but my 2nd period was 10 days early which is very odd and my age us 27

I found your video because I’m experiencing super bad pain. This is my first true cycle after my laparoscopic myomectomy (Jan. 9, 2023). I returned to work last week. My cycle started Monday and i was fine those first couple of days and Wednesday afternoon, i had to leave work early. Yesterday tho??! And today??! Omg my pain is horribleeee! I don’t have nausea today but had it yesterday morning and took something. But omg today??!! It’s just horrible pain! Now scared about my job. I just came back from FMLA but now I’m just having sooo much anxiety because i need my job

I had my Endo surgery almost four weeks ago and just started my period yesterday. Light, dull cramps mostly so far with a few sharp ones. The sharp ones are probably in areas where I was cut. I had Endo removed from 12 places. The flow has been different than pre surgery. I've always been heavy days 1-3 and this one is crazy heavy too but the consistency is super thin which is weird for me. It has been making it hard to contain my flow. Menstrual cups aren't working. I have to use thick pads and overnight pads. It's crazy to see how different our bodies react post surgery. Still having pain with intercourse which I was soooo looking forward to being gone. 🤦‍♀️ I'm hoping it's just still tender and healing..

@@Dr_Chizzy_Spikey I have not. I'm not sure if the infertility we struggle with is because of me or my hubby. He has sperm morphology issues. I still have some pain with intercourse but it really just depends on the day. It's def not as bad. I also love that my flow is thinner and not thick or clumpy. Besides some hot flashes and a little irritability, I no longer have PMS pain from cramps or severe breast pain. I'm loving life after surgery. It's not perfect, but it's better for sure.

Thc delta 9 gummies, 1/4 th of one & a cbd oil pill together. Ice shower. 3x in one day. It numbs the areas

I had the surgery back in April 2022, after surgery and 6 months later now. Need to take 2 Advils 1 ibuprofen because my cramps don't go away with only 2 Advils anymore and it takes longer for the pills to work. Before surgery I only use to take 2 advils and the cramps would go away after 5 minutes.. its a change...

I love how we are all different.. I had the same surgery on may 3rd had my first period maybe 2 weeks after surgery ( cramps were horrible) honestly thought I was dying…. Now Just last week I have been getting really bad cramps and thinking wtf I’m not supposed to be having these bad of cramps anymore ** boy was I wrong anyways tomorrow I should be starting my second period.. * wish me luck* I’m kinda scared

Well today my period came… and boy do I feel like crap and yes I do feel nausea, yesterday I was thinking hmm 🤔 I never felt nauseated, I’m also having lower back pain… ugh 😭😭😭

My first period was terrible too, most terrible I've ever had even prior op. I'm so scared for my next ... I almost feel exposed post surgery 😢

I also had endometriosis surgery my 1st period after surgery was smooth i didn't feel the pain cramps or anything..and I was soooo happy but my happiness didn't last long after 2nd period my pain increase and last longer than before surgery...it's so disturbing..😢

Maybe Free lowing liquid in abdomen from surgery and it could be blood. Get an MRI of pelvic.
