Something tells me that Joey is still going to think you're a pirate despite that zombie villager head and the message. You definitely need to get some assistance from someone. Maybe Sun Princess Gem, Goblin King Fwhip and Great Witch Shelby will be able to help. Since Gem has a connection to the Sun, she will summon some kind of spirit to threaten Joey with the evaporation of the sea, so he won't be able to go anywhere near your kingdom. As for Shelby, she will have to make a potion trap or two in Eversea docks. Fwhip will be distracting Joey by taking him on a treasure hunting expedition trip. These options are perfect to at least try to get Joey away from you.

Katherine!! Please notice me!! I think it would be a cool idea if, like your castle, your character started to get corrupted by the tainted land. Like, you could die on that land while fighting a mob or something and after respawning you become a bit darker and you have to struggle against the corruption inside you to try and remain good.
