i genuinely wish i saw this early summer. Summer is already over and i'm starting junior year. My hope is study the best i can in the time i have to get the best score and if its sub 13-1400 i will retake it in my senior year. it also doesn't help i have a stacked year🤣 AP macro econ, AP engl comp, AP stats, IB Physics 2 Spanish 2 and NJROTC, btw i got a 990 on my PSAT😰

I guy scoring an 1100 to start and “practicing” the SAT until they get a 1600 is the exact reason why this test is stupid. I know people who started with a higher score and practiced way more than this but still couldnt acheive a perfect score which just goes to show that this test means nothing.

It's not that hard. My first sat practice exam I got a 1020. After 4 days studying, I took another practice exam and got a 1220 update: i have a 1430 update I have a 1470

Save the best exams (official khan academy/college board exams) for the month of your actual test. Use other materials from textbooks and free exam banks online to stay consistent week-to-week. There are def more than 6 total practice tests available if you take a few minutes to look on the internet.

currently in my freshmen year summer and i got a 1090 on my PSAT. I feel genuenly terrible for getting such a low score because my math was the only thing holding me down. Its not like Im bad at math, I simply wasnt taught the "higher level" math I needed for the PSAT. thanks to your videos, im currently attending summer school for geo by my own volition and self taught myself A2 moving on to trig via khan academy when I could barely do beginning of the year A1 math (when I got my 1090). Thank you so much, seriously. hoping to score at the very least 1250 next time I take my test. Ill certainly follow this schedule to improve my PSAT/SAT/ACT next year.

I got a 1040 as an 8th grader and went up to 1240 as a 9th with some studying, just an hour a day over summer (just for math my English was near perfect) gave me that improvement. Now imagine studying even a little more than that and think of the improvement. What I did was really pay attention in math class and studied for a 100 on every test. Don’t settle for anything less, if you get much lower ask your teacher for help it’s ok. They are there for everyone not just the kids who fail. Also tutoring kids in the grade one lower helps a lot

Depends on the college. Some require you to submit all, some will allow you to submit only one. I believe the latter is more common. They’ll know you took at least 2 if you superscore though
