Every morning I use a frozen eye mask (I keep an eye mask in the freezer in a ziplock bag) and listen to the daily calm meditation on the Calm app. It's only 10 mins long but having that time for myself to slow down and be in the moment really helps me.

Amanda you could pass as "one of the kids" in public 😊. This was a neat video and a good reminder that self care "me time" is an essential part of life. I started (reluctantly) daily meditation several years ago. It has been a great tool for keeping me grounded in this crazy time. I also have carved out times for walks with podcasts or good music. Those are my "go to" things to stay sane in what I agree has been the hardest year of my life by far.

Nikolas too comes after me and I wash his face with a facial wipe. He brushes his teeth. We have had habitation work with Nikolas. One of my favorite workers was Paco Pajanto. He was Wonderful 👏!
