Man, such a needed video on your channel; it's an honored reward of how great you are at training dogs and your logic skills on how much she can do when you have mobility problems. Around three quarters of that whole video I had no idea that Mal could do any of those things, so cool to watch! Before this video, I've only seen her do the basic "come," "stay," or the occasional, "Mal, stop letting Asher pet you 🙄." Anyways, I'm also honored to be in your new intro for a split second. I'll stop babbling now lol.

This is really interesting. Thanks for explaining her tasks. Is Mell able to guide you in places when you’re on your own like does she know to take around obstacles or does she only know how to guide when you’re following someone.

She is basically fully guild dog trained! I use that task a lot and have tested her before by closing my eyes and making her guild. She will take me around any obstacle, and know la left from right if I tell her to turn. It’s great! Also, I’m so sorry I have not mailed the harness yet! I will get it to you I promise 😂

@@epilepsyawareness2020 hi. That’s awesome. That she’s so good at it. I’m surprised because she seems kind of small and most dogs I know who do guide our larger. And no worries about the harness, you said it might take a while so I wasn’t expecting it immediately or anything

@@asecretcourtofcrowsandcloc4084 I know! She is small so she can’t do hard guild like bigger dogs can, but she is fully capable of guild for me. I’m small too so it kind of works out😂

@@epilepsyawareness2020 it’s funny because my dog even though she’s a lab is very short and lightweight for her breed and I’m average height where is my friend is very short and we joke that she’s probably gonna get matched with an overly tall dog.
