🌈 Summary
Xander Torres just wants to make it through his second year in art school. He’s talented but
struggling due to several part time jobs to keep up with tuition. Just as he’s barely holding
on, a new professor walks into his school and life simultaneously. Xander doesn’t like him.
And the main reason is that...Professor Rivers is an annoyingly handsome man with a target
on his back.
Xander’s biggest hurdle in his art journey is live painting, especially when it comes to actual
models. Due to his poor work in classes, Prof Rivers has all the more reason to annoy him
by failing his assignment.
But Prof Rivers isn’t your regular professor. He’s young, handsome and downright sexy. All
the students, both male and female, have a crush on him, except Xander. Despite Xander’s
obvious disdain for Prof Rivers, he can’t seem to take a hint. Xander is quite inexperienced
when it comes to dating and sexual tension, so he can’t even tell if Prof Rivers is actually
flirting with him.
Their push and pull game comes to a head when Prof Rivers offers to help Xander improve
on his live painting. Sounds normal right? Except the chosen location is Xander’s apartment.
Prof River’s shows up as agreed and helps Xander. One session turns into two and three
turns into four and before they know it, they’re hanging out everyday. Prof Rivers wants
Xander to loosen up and put feelings into his art while Xander wants to uncover everything
about his mysterious professor.
Just as their love starts budding, trouble arises. The school is notified of their relationship
and Prof Rivers' job is at stake. Prof Rivers' record of misconduct with a student at his former
school is also brought up as evidence to revoke his licence. The truth is eventually revealed
in the form of a student at River’s former school who had a crush on him. The feeling wasn’t
mutual and the student acted out with false accusations. The problems are solved and their
love truly conquers all.

Xander was an adult student. If he was younger, like in his teenage years, I would probably find it inappropriate. But once they reach the age of consent and keep it out of school, then that's another story.

There is an natural imbalance of power between student and teacher, so any relationship is inherently coercive and therefore inherently problematic for the instructor, who cannot argue that he/she was unaware that the student was under pressure.

Actually yes in certain setuation and no in some, this story reminds me of my teacher in high school, he is 19 and i was 14, we have our time ,he become teacher at early age due to his advanced learning due to he graduate early because of acceleration exams or something like this sort.we didn't have formal relationship but we understand each other, he treat and care for me and i just go by the flow,just that 3 months after my 15th bday i flew to Italy to study and live there,he was devastated and i heard later on he applied somewhere in EUROPE for work and from then until now we don't have any communications. 😂❤

it is always taboo. there us a power dynamic to take into account, and if he is supposed to grade the student it will not be fair to the other students and will never be seen as legit. Tony should have been fired or at least got another teacher to take over the grading.

Yeah, maikeweige, I think you bring up an excellent point. I’ve done some teaching and I could never/would never initiate a relationship with a student as Tony seems ready to do here at the drop of a hat. That’s just so wrong, and I believe it speaks of the teacher’s poor judgment, lack of self control, and, oh, amorality. At least in this story, I don’t buy for one minute that the art lecturer-or sexy professor, or brilliant physics scholar, or whatever he’s supposed to be-I just don’t buy that Tony even likes Xander.

😂In this situation, there was nothing wrong about the relationship. I am glad the situation was resolved for the couple,but people's prejudices still exist ,even in this Century. It's getting better though❤❤❤😊.

It's somewhat unrealistic, but even nowadays a teacher is considered more or less like the students'father, and this is why there are still prejudices regarding relationships between teacher and student, no matter how old they are. However, as always, love speaks louder.

I’m over halfway through, and these characters-“The Sexy Professor,” as he’s identified, Bernie, (the improbably named) Cherry, and Henry-don’t sound like they even LIKE Xander. I mean, they seem like they’re only there for plot purposes, as if they’re just putting up with Xander. I wondered if the problem might be haughty-sounding voices the narrator gives the supporting characters… or if it’s the writing. Which makes me wonder: Who’s the author of this thing, anyway? All I see is “Jimmo Gay Story.” Is English the first language of the author? I’m betting not. Is this story generated by AI? I mean, at least that would account for the flat tone of the story. And by that I don’t mean the narration, which is kinda flat, too, now that I think about it. No, I mean the way it’s written, like the characters are trudging through the story. It has no warmth at all. What is it about Xander that draws the Professor’s attention? It must be something, although we’re never given a clue. He acts as if it’s a pain to deal with the 25-year-old man (who is NOT a “boy”), as if he’s punching a time card. I mean, c’mon! This Tony dude doesn’t even take off his shirt! That’s just sad. And I’ve read porno that was more sensitively written than this. I’m quitting at 27:54. Paint me unimpressed.
