Without God's Spirit I too become lost very easily

Thank you for this... I really am like a sheep - too often. And, yes, I have been whacked by the Shepherd's rod and pulled to safety by His staff. In a good way! Hurtful at the time and embarrassing but in the end, I was grateful. Without Christ and the Holy Spirit, I would STILL be wandering in my own will and my own selfishness. I can still visit there in my Christian walk but I do not live there each and every day before I surrendered my will, my life over to the care of Christ. I also thank Father God for sending his son to this earth as a sacrifice for my sin - for our sin - that we may have eternal life.
