Hello everyone who is reading this!! 🥰 You are an awesome person and I wanna say that you got this no matter what!!! Yes its fine to be scared! ♡ Its okay we all get scared when we try something new and we are not sure what to expect. Even Im scared once I start to feel those symptoms and that's okay too!! ^-^ You will shift to your DR tonight!! Everyone will shift tonight to their DR! Everyone has the ability to shift! ♡ We are always shifting all the time which is so cool! And 'No' you will not get stuck there don't worry because lucky! 'YOU' your mind is so powerful it can just bring you back once you want to go to your CR its as simple as that. Your mind is very VERY capable in doing anything. Your mind is ready for you in every step of the way! Do not under estimate it. "Oh looks like im not gonna shift today." EXCUSE ME hold up! First off your mind needs time because you can just force your mind to quite off the bat. Be patient these things take time and focus. Take a big deep breathe. You got this nothing is in your way of shifting because your shifting right now. You, you are in a reality where you take the time to shift. ٩꒰。•◡•。꒱۶ You got this because your a person who took the time and effort to do it. Then your just gonna say you can't shift... Like B O I just 'do' it and if your struggling there's always other methods to give you a hand if you need it and once you are ready it 'will' give you a chance to shift!! It is very easy. Don't make it more complicated because its literally not that hard once you give it a try. Nothing is impossible!! There are people out there who broke world records and your laying/sitting there thinking that you won't shift or don't think it is real well try again shifting is a ability we have to get us through our life. Just think that impossible is actually "im"possible because anything you could imagine you can achieve. ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡° When your feeling symptoms and get scared. Its okay we've all been there ◝(・ω・)◟ I look at symptoms in a encouraging way as if they are trying to tell me that 'You got this' 'Do not give up because im rooting for you!' and 'your so close to your DR just stay focused!!!' I hope this helped for everyone!! Sorry for making this like super long. One more thing is you don't have to meditate, do a method, write a script, or any of that. Its basically just a helping hand for you! If you don't want to do those things its okay 👌No one is forcing you to do something you don't want. Have a good day everyone!!!
